What information do I need to provide?
We need your PMI account login credentials, full name as registered with PMI, and your PMP certificate expiry date.
Why my PMI credentials is needed?
PMI's CCRS system requires direct account access to report PDUs on your behalf. We log in once, complete the reporting, and permanently delete your credentials within 24 hours. For extra security, we recommend changing your PMI password immediately after we confirm completion.
Is my personnel data safe?
Yes, all information you share is used solely for PDU reporting and is handled with end-to-end encryption. We never share your data with third parties.
Are the PDUs valid for PMP renewal?
Yes. All PDUs are aligned with PMI's Talent Triangle framework and fully reportable in PMI's CCRS system — accepted for PMP renewal.
How long does it take?
PDUs are posted within 1 business days after you share your PMI account info. Renewal takes ~30 mins on your side.
Do I need to pay PMI fees separately?
Yes. PMI charges $60 (member) / $150 (non-member) directly. Our service fee covers PDU reporting only.
What if my PDUs are rejected?
